Create a New User By Cloning Permissions
This article will walk you through the steps for creating a new Titan Workstation user by closing the permissions of an existing user. You can also create a new user from scratch.
- Navigate to the Users module via the Modules Selector in the top-left of the screen.
- Click into the 'Last Name' or 'All Logins' tabs and select the user you would like to clone. Click 'Create'.
- Add a username and a temporary password for the new user. Ensure you check the 'Clone User' box and then click 'Done'.
- Select the cloned user and click on the 'Profile' tab in the app ribbon.
- Enter the basic demographic information for the newly cloned user.
- Navigate to the Security Tab in the App Ribbon. Slect 'More -> Security'.
- Confirm that all cloned security groups are correct for the new user – if needed, modify the security groups to match the needs of the new user.
- Click 'Save'.
